Xnody License Terms

These License Terms apply to all digital products purchased or downloaded from Xnody. By purchasing, downloading, or using any Xnody digital file, you agree to the terms below.
1. License Grant
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for personal 3D printing purposes.
You are purchasing a license to use the digital file. Ownership of the original design and intellectual property remains with Xnody and/or the respective rights holder.
2. Personal Use
You may:
- Download and store the purchased files for your own use.
- 3D print the model for personal use.
- Resize or modify the model for your own personal projects.
- Create multiple physical prints for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Digital File Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the original digital files.
- Sell or distribute modified versions of the digital files.
- Upload the files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, cloud libraries, or public repositories.
- Include the files in digital bundles, collections, subscriptions, or other downloadable products.
- Claim the original design as your own.
- Transfer your license to another person or business.
These restrictions apply to the original files and any modified, converted, remixed, or derivative digital versions.
4. Commercial Use
Unless a product specifically includes a Commercial License, the standard Xnody license does not permit selling physical prints made from the files.
If a Commercial License is included or purchased separately, the conditions stated with that license will apply.
Commercial permission to sell physical prints does not grant permission to resell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves.
5. Modifications
You may modify Xnody files for your own permitted use.
However, modifying a file does not transfer ownership of the original design to you and does not give you the right to distribute or sell the modified digital file.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, digital files, renders, images, branding, and related content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or ownership of the underlying design.
7. Account and License Sharing
Each license is intended for the purchaser only.
Digital files may not be shared with friends, customers, online communities, print farms, businesses, or other third parties unless expressly permitted by the applicable license.
8. Print Results
3D printing results may vary depending on the printer, filament, slicer settings, scale, calibration, environment, and other factors.
Xnody does not guarantee identical printing results across different machines or materials.
9. License Violations
If these License Terms are violated, Xnody may terminate the license and restrict access to future downloads or purchases where permitted.
Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use may also result in appropriate enforcement of intellectual property rights.
10. Product-Specific Licenses
Some products may include additional or different licensing terms.
Where product-specific terms are provided, those terms take priority over the general terms on this page for that product.
