Ordering & Downloads
Xnody offers downloadable 3D printable files designed for makers, hobbyists, and 3D printing enthusiasts. All products are digital files — no physical item will be shipped.
File formats are listed on each product page. Most designs are provided in common 3D printing formats such as STL and may include additional formats when available.
After your payment is successfully completed, your download will be available digitally. You may also receive a download link by email.
Not necessarily. You can complete your purchase using the checkout options available on the store. Creating an account may make it easier to manage your orders and downloads.

Licensing & Support
Commercial use depends on the license included with each product. Check the product page or license terms before selling physical prints.
No. Xnody files may not be redistributed, uploaded, shared, or resold as digital files unless explicitly permitted.
Contact us at contact@xnody.com with your order number, product name, and a screenshot or description of the issue.
Print failures can result from printer calibration, filament condition, slicing settings, bed adhesion, or other factors. Check our Printing Guide first, and contact us if you believe the model itself has an issue.
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available after download, except where required by applicable law or when there is a verified issue with the supplied file.
